Founded in 1981 in the heart of Santiago, Chile, Jabad Lubavitch de Chile has been a beacon of Jewish life and learning for over four decades. Under the dedicated leadership of Rabbi Menashe Perman and his wife Chaya F., along with their 13 children, our center has grown to encompass a vibrant community, deeply committed to fostering Jewish values, education, and culture.

Our Departments
Early Childhood Daycare Center Our Early Childhood Daycare Center offers a safe and nurturing environment for Jewish children to begin their educational journey and is growing with the children into elementary grades as well. With a curriculum that blends traditional Jewish teachings with contemporary childhood education, we ensure that our young learners receive a well-rounded and enriching experience.
Camp Gan Israel
Camp Gan Israel is a summer and winter camp designed to provide children with an unforgettable Jewish camping experience. Our camp combines fun, adventure, and a strong sense of Jewish identity, offering activities that range from sports and arts to Jewish learning and Shabbat celebrations.
Chabad Playgroup
The Chabad Playgroup provides young children with a joyful and stimulating environment where they can play, learn, and grow. Our playgroup activities focus on fostering social skills, creativity, and a love for Jewish traditions from an early age.
Mikve Jabad
The Mikve Jabad is a vital part of our community, providing a ritual bath that serves the needs of Jewish women, men. It is meticulously maintained to ensure it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and halachic observance.
Our Services
Jabad Lubavitch de Chile offers a comprehensive range of services to support and enhance the Jewish life of our community members. Our Adult Education program includes regular classes, one-on-one study sessions, and communal lectures designed to deepen Jewish knowledge and faith.
Our Synagogue serves as a place of prayer, reflection, and communal gathering, while our Library offers a wide selection of Jewish texts and resources. We provide various educational opportunities for youth through our After School Programs, Preschool, Teen Club, and Children's Club.
Our Bar/Bat Mitzvah Instruction prepares young boys and girls for their important milestone, instilling in them a strong sense of Jewish identity and responsibility.
We also offer Holiday Awareness Programs, ensuring that the beauty and significance of Jewish holidays are celebrated and understood by all. In addition to these programs, we maintain services such as Mezuzah and Tefillin Checking, Mezuzah Service, Kosher Meal Plans, and Kitchen Koshering, to support the observance of Jewish traditions in everyday life. For those confronting modern challenges, we offer Anti-Cult & Missionary support.
Life cycle events are supported with services for Circumcision, Weddings, and Funeral Services, alongside Shabbat/Holiday Hospitality to ensure every Jew feels at home in our community.
We also have a dedicated Mikveh for men.
Our Women's Group fosters a strong sense of sisterhood and spiritual growth among the women in our community.
For international students, we offer special programs to help them stay connected to their Jewish roots while studying abroad.
